Lars Edwards studied animation and illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design, where he produced his first film Her Cat. After college, Lars began his career at the emmy award-winning studio Soup2nuts where he was a character animator on the children’s show Time Warp Trio. He later moved to Radical Axis, in Atlanta, GA,where he was a character animator on Adult Swim’s Squidbillies, and did supplemental work for 12 Oz Mouse and Comedy Central’s Freakshow. Lars currently directs as Supervising Animator for Squidbillies.

Lars has published illustrations in Mature Years, a Christian quarterly, and was recently a winner of The Illustrators of the Future contest.
